As the Business Operations Administrator, I coordinate and look after all aspects of our office operations; including scheduling installations and service, providing support to our sales and service teams, and being the happy and capable voice on the other end of the line, when you call our local office! Before joining Alamo Smart Home in 2018, I owned and operated a homestead farm near Bastrop, and spent almost a decade working as a professional singer and voice actor. I have worked in customer service and employee administration management with Fortune 500 companies and locally owned businesses. I bring a shiny personality and often, a home-cooked lunch for the whole team, into our business home.
