Do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life… I have found that here, with my Alamo Family! As the Business Operations Administrator, I coordinate and look after all aspects of our office operations; including scheduling installations and service, providing support to our sales and service teams, and being the happy and capable voice on the other end of the line, when you call our local office! Before joining Alamo Smart Home in 2018, I owned and operated a homestead farm near Bastrop, and spent almost a decade working as a professional singer and voice actor. I have worked in customer service and employee administration management with Fortune 500 companies and locally owned businesses. I bring a shiny personality and often, a home-cooked lunch for the whole team, into our business home.

I have 5 years experience installing and servicing security alarm systems, and almost 20 years of low voltage experience; and I have found a great position with The Alamo Family, as The Lead Installation Technician. You can find me, in my off time, kayaking with my family, working on home improvement projects, and spending time with my church community. I will always make sure that our customers are happy with the work I perform; and I pride myself on giving a thorough tutorial on how to operate their new Alamo Smart Home. When leave our customer’s home, I feel great knowing that I have helped provide a priceless sense of security.
